Enroll your first Android device in five minutes

Getting a device under management is quicker than setting up a new email account. Here is the whole process. Before you start: the device must be freshly factory-reset (or new out of the box) and be a stock Android phone with Google Play. That is it. Step by step: 1. In your Matrix MDM panel, open Devices and click "Enroll device". A QR code appears. 2. On the factory-reset phone, tap the very first welcome screen six times in the same spot. This opens the QR reader. 3. Connect to Wi-Fi if asked. 4. Scan the QR. The phone downloads Google's management agent and configures itself. 5. After a minute the device shows up in your Devices list — named, assigned, and ready for policies. From there you can lock it down, block apps, set a password policy, or send it into kiosk mode — all from the panel, all applied over the air. No cables, no per-device fiddling.
